Damaged & Defective Items

We take great care in packaging our products to ensure they arrive safely. An item is considered damaged if it arrives physically broken or has a manufacturing defect. Minor cosmetic damage to outer packaging (e.g., dented boxes) where the product inside remains in perfect condition is not considered product damage.

  • Reporting Damage: If your item arrives damaged, please notify us within 72 hours of delivery by emailing support@crossock.shop. Please attach clear photos showing the damage.

  • Replacements: If approved, we will send a replacement at no extra cost to you.

  • Exclusions: We do not issue refunds, replacements, or returns for items damaged due to normal wear and tear, misuse, or improper care.
